Who We Are

We focus on flattering silhouettes, structured fits, and occasion-ready details for important nights such as prom, homecoming, formal events, sweet sixteen parties, and quincea帽eras.

Custom Sizing and Fit

Sizes are not universal, especially for special occasion dresses. If you need a custom fit, choose Custom Size on the product page and submit your bust, waist, hips, and height measurements in inches. Custom-size items are made for your measurements and are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Production and Delivery

Most SEVOBA dresses are made to order after your order is confirmed.

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Timing may vary by style and destination. You will see the final available delivery options before payment at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Standard-size dresses may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in new condition with original tags attached. Custom-size items and final sale items are not returnable unless defective or incorrect. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct instructions.

Yes, as long as you order with enough lead time. At checkout you'll see an estimated delivery window before you pay. If your event date is soon, choose Rush (if available) or message us your date and the dress link, and we'll help you pick the safest option.

What is the Standard vs Rush timeline?

Most dresses are made to order. ETA = making time + shipping time.
Standard: 10–14 business days to make + 7–10 days shipping
Rush (additional fee): 7–10 business days to make + 5–7 days shipping
Timing varies by style. The estimate shown at checkout is the one to plan around.

Is it see-through under flash?

Our dresses are designed to photograph confidently in real lighting and under flash. Many styles are fully lined where it matters. If you're unsure about a specific dress, message us the link and we'll confirm the lining and fabric details.

How do I choose the right size? Do you offer custom sizing?

Can I cancel or edit my order after I order?

Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Because most dresses are made to order, we begin sewing soon after your order is confirmed. If you need to change or cancel, message us as quickly as possible with your order number and what you'd like to update, and we’ll do our best to help.
