Return Timeline
Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery.
Returns sent within 45 days of delivery (but after 21 days) apply only to exchanges.
What Can Be Returned
All dresses (standard sizes only) are eligible for a return or exchange within 45 days of delivery.
Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in new condition.
All labbles and ribbons must be attached.
Items must be free from makeup, stains, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, and damage.
Non-conforming returns will not be accepted, and customers will have to pay a return shipping fee to receive the returns back.
Return Shipping Responsibility
We believe in transparency regarding shipping costs. Please review the specific scenarios below to understand who is responsible for the return shipping fee:
1. For Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or style solely due to our error), Sevoba will cover the entire cost of return shipping.
* We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.
* Please download, print, and attach the label to your return package.
* Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.
2. For Customer Remorse (Customer's Responsibility)
If you are returning an item for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
* Ordered the wrong size or color
* Item does not fit (but matches the size chart)
* Changed mind / No longer needed
* Found a better price elsewhere
In these cases, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
* You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the item to our designated warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Alternatively, if we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
* Original Shipping Fee: Please note that the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
Refunds and Fees
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee per dress, plus the return shipping fee.
For exchanges, the 15% restocking fee is waived as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
If the returned item is damaged, defaced or nonconforming, the 15% restocking fee is still payable and the return may be rejected.
Please note: original shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Process
Submit a Return Request:
Email us at service@sevoba.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if defective or damaged.
We will process your request within 24 hours and respond within 72 hours.
Ship the Item Back:
After your return is authorised, we will email you the return address and instructions. Please ship the item within the timeframe provided and share the tracking number with us once available.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After we process your refund, it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or payment provider to deposit the funds into your account.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please Note: Sevoba will not accept, replace, refund, or otherwise compensate for any items returned without prior authorization, or for items that are not purchased from Sevoba. Unauthorized returns may be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Exchange Policy
Most of our items are custom-made and cannot be directly exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item, please first return it following our Return Policy. To exchange a standard-size item, you can start your return process first. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Our dresses are made to order from a single cut, and the fabric cannot be reused. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as it is not shipped out. Once an order is shipped then it will follow the regular return policy.
If you wish to cancel a custom sized item after 72 hours of placing your order, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.
It's important to remember that there are many different body shapes and alteration is very often required on special occasion dresses to make it just right for you!

Will it arrive in time for my event?
Yes, as long as you order with enough lead time. At checkout you'll see an estimated delivery window before you pay. If your event date is soon, choose Rush (if available) or message us your date and the dress link, and we'll help you pick the safest option.
What is the Standard vs Rush timeline?
Most dresses are made to order. ETA = making time + shipping time.
Standard: 10–14 business days to make + 7–10 days shipping
Rush (additional fee): 7–10 business days to make + 5–7 days shipping
Timing varies by style. The estimate shown at checkout is the one to plan around.
Is it see-through under flash?
Our dresses are designed to photograph confidently in real lighting and under flash. Many styles are fully lined where it matters. If you're unsure about a specific dress, message us the link and we'll confirm the lining and fabric details.
How do I choose the right size? Do you offer custom sizing?
Use the size chart on each product page and measure with a soft tape. If you're between sizes, choose the option that fits your bust and waist best. Many styles offer custom sizing at no extra cost (when available). If you want a quick check, message us your measurements and the dress link.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns for eligible items within the return window listed in our Return & Refund Policy. Because many dresses are made to order, some items may have different eligibility. If you’re unsure, message us your order details before purchasing and we'll confirm what applies.
Can I cancel or edit my order after I order?
Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Because most dresses are made to order, we begin sewing soon after your order is confirmed. If you need to change or cancel, message us as quickly as possible with your order number and what you'd like to update, and we’ll do our best to help.
