Return/Refund Terms

We only accept refunds within 14 days of receipt. Please inspect your order after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please take a photo and contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and initiate the return/refund process.

Please note: original shipping costs are not refundable.

1. Return Methods:

(1) Return Period: If you need to return an item, please apply within 14 days of receiving the item.

(2) Information required for return application: order number, photo proof of the defective item, and reason for refund.

(3) The item must be in its original condition and with the original packaging. Any used, damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

(4) We will not accept returns without contacting customer service to apply for a refund.

 (5) We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the original item is defective.

2. Return Process:

Step 1: Send an email to our customer service email at service@sevoba.com, stating the order number and reason for return and attaching a photo of the defective dress. We will process the email within 24 hours and respond to you within 72 hours.

Step 2: After receiving our email, please return the dress within 48 hours and provide the logistics tracking number (if the product is defective, please attach the shipping invoice).

Step 3: Keep in touch with customer service during the return process. After we receive the dress and check that there are no problems, we will start the return process for you.

(1) After receiving the returned product and checking that there are no problems, we will process your refund within 3 working days and send you a confirmation email. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 48 hours after you receive the confirmation email.

(2) If you do not receive the refund within 3-5 working days after receiving the confirmation email, please contact your bank or PayPal official for consultation.

Non-returnable items


(1) Final sale items that require cleaning or alterations
(2) Promotional items
(3) Accessories
(4) Custom-made items
(5) Underwear, bras, shapewear, and other intimate apparel
(6) Customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect size or color)
(7) Since all items (including standard sizes) are custom-made, we do not accept "buy more, keep one" orders. Our customer service team may cancel your order if we believe you have such an intention.
(8) Items returned without a return request.

3. Exchange Policy

Since most of our items are custom-made, we do not have items available for exchange. You will need to return the unwanted item (in accordance with our return policy) and place a new order for a replacement item. All new orders are subject to the current production cycle.

4. Cancelling an Order

Our dresses are made to order from a single cut, and the fabric cannot be reused. However, you still have some time to change your mind after placing your order. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

- Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need one, please disregard it.
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation receive a full refund.
- Orders cancelled between 12 and 48 hours after payment: You will receive a partial refund of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
- Orders cancelled between 48 and 72 hours after payment: You will receive a partial refund of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment: You will receive a partial refund of the full shipping cost.
- Orders shipped cannot be canceled.

If you would like to change the size or color after payment, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. Please note that once the process has begun, color and size cannot be changed. If you do need to change the size or color, additional fees will apply. Please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return requests, such as product issues caused by the customer.
